An exceptional accommodation in the city of Alghero; it's very close to the beach and at walking distance from the historical city, also keeping the most needed privacy and comfort for excellent relaxation. The neighborhood is nice and safe, there's a perfect grocery store just across the street, and a lot of restaurants and beach bars all around. The apartment is huge, clean and very comfortable, with very good amenities. Giuseppe is extremely helpful, he speaks English and will try to offer you solutions for every request; I am very happy we found this deal on Booking, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay in this Sardinian city.

Fantastic location, half a block from beach, in newly renovated building. Unit felt like brand new, bonus private rooftop terrace with shower, tables, and sunbeds. Supermarket across the street. A public parking lot next door. The host has been extremely nice and welcoming. Comfortable beds and super clean, nicely appointed modern furnishings. In a smaller building (added privacy). We had a great time there, grazie mille!

Great location. Very comfortable beds, great roof terrace. Plenty towels and sheets. Host was also very helpful. Air conditioning was really good.

The location is great, 2 min. to city beach, not to far to another beautiful beaches and not to far from Old town trough seaside, on foot or bike. The flat was really clean and as a favor we found same water and drinks in fridge. The best ice cream next door:)Nice and helpful owner, thank you Giuseppe.

Everything is like written and said in comments, dont worry at all to book this apartment, its really great. Giuseppe, I can confirm is one of the best landlords I dealt with, really friendly helpfull and comunicative (offered baby cot, helped where to get potty for baby etc). Shop across the street open daily (even cooked meals like chicken, potatoes there), small bakery with croisants and coffee next to it, perfect location. Lido beach was real close and clean, but you can walk 10-15 to Maria Pia beach. Parking free next to apartment, regarding the noise from the street I think is tolerable. If ever come back to Alghero, this apartment is best choice. Stayed few nights in hotel Buganvillea afterwards, room and equipment was in bad condition..
