Were looking for a pleasant place for 1 night along our road trip from France to Albania.
Found this place 1 hour before we arrived. Domenico, the owner, came to meet us. gave us info and tips regarding the area and booked for us a fish restaurant, a wonderful one. The place is located 1st lint to the beach, next to a parking lot, a central place. Ideal for a vacation by Pescara's beach and city.
I booked this place as an overnight stay on the way to Bari. Unfortunately, the last time we stayed in Pescara we paid a fortune for a hotel near the beachfront. The hotel was disappointing and not value for money. We loved the city though and I found this place recently and thought that it would be fine for a night. Wow, we were so pleasantly surprised. The location is right on the beachfront and is relatively inexpensive (and coincidentally close the other hotel). The rooms are in a secure upmarket apartment block. Everything is new and renovated. Breakfast is arranged at a bar nearby. We've told the manager that we'll definitely be back. I consider this to be one of my top finds on Booking.com.
Clean, comfortable and convenient location by the train station and the beach.
The location is very good, in the city center and very close to the beach. Also, the lady who check-us in, is cleaning all the rooms every day, so the services are more like at the hotel, not as an usual apart-hotel
