great location: close to the beach, train station and shops.

The location was very good and has an easy access to all varieties of foods and restaurants.

Great location near the beach, right in the center. Friendly host who is was easy to communicate with. Apartment was nice and clean.
The apartment is very large, clean, directly on the beach.There is a parking space, communication with the owner is very easy. there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

The host was great, she was waiting for us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful; available on the phone for any questions.
The location was fantastic, travelling with kids that was a major bonus. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, the beach (1 min) and the main train station.
The property was very clean, with all facilities you can need on a holiday, towels beautifully arranged and toiletries.
Definitely a place to come back if visiting Pescara.
