Great location and great value. Breakfast is very good, the room is bright and spacious, very clean and the bathroom is big and well furnished. Air conditioning is great in summer. The receptionist is outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fluent in multiple languages.

Great quiet location to discover Tuscany. Walking distance (10min) to beautiful Sansepolcro old town
The rooms are clean and fresh, and nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable. They also have ac/heating, which worked great in a chilly evening.
The receptionist is great: smooth check in (he speaks good English), and knowledgeable about the area. He and his family prepare a fantastic homemade breakfast!!
there is also a pool, which unfortunately we didn’t get to use.
Definitely worth the money: my wife and I loved our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer!
The hotel room was clean and I liked the antique touch of the interior design. The hotel owner was very communicative and he always had a nice smile. The breakfast was tasty! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
