We really loved our stay here and the location was perfect. We loved that we had a balcony to chill with a glass of wine.

Great location between Termini (15 min walk) and Piazza Barberini, in a safe and quiet neighborhood (some government buildings in the area), just steps away from the "four fountains". The tastefully decorated, spacious room was well appointed, clean, had air conditioning and a small mini fridge - buy some beer from the local mini market, toss it in the fridge and relax on the cozy terrace after your day in Rome. Communication with Francesco was excellent and made check-in/out a breeze. There is a small elevator to the 5th floor. The rooms and building are secure with key controlled access. There are many restaurants in the area, both tourist ones as well as smaller "local" venues and a couple of mini markets in all directions for minor sundries and snacks.
