We have just returned from an amazing week at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Claudio and Max were especially helpful and we really enjoyed their very knowledgeable conversations. They made our stay at Villa Carola a very special one. Valeria on reception was extremely helpful too, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. Can`t wait to return.
The staff were super friendly and attentive including those at reception. Fred and Claudio were really great as well. And then our apartment was beautiful, especially the living room. The view of the pool and hillside was serene.
Staff was amazing - superb hospitality, rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. Location was great, super quick taxi to downtown Porto Cervo. Love the aesthetic of the whole property - beautiful!
The hotel was amazing!! Very cozy and the staff made us feel at home. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Location is great, it’s in a hill on its own but close to all main attractions. Can’t wait to visit again.
Everything! This place is divine - from the spacious rooms, comfy beds and great showers, to the shared spaces such as beautiful pool with a great view and delicious breakfast. The location is very good, close enough to the city of Porto Cervo and main beaches (such as Capricciolli and Principe), but still peaceful and relaxing. Besides that the employees are so supportive and help you make the most of your experience - in the hotel or in the surroundings!
