Most of the staff was super friendly and kind too. They were accommodating with the language barrier, using Google translate when needed. The room was super nice and AC was working as needed which is not to be taken for granted in Italy! The pool was clean and almost Private to us as they were no other guests in the property

Room was pitch dark, quiet & comfortable with a multimedia TV and poolside bar.
Absolutely wonderful staff, airco was a bit struggling rest was great and a wonderful, beautiful hotel
