The reception staff Julia was so kind and helpful. There is a beautiful mountain view at the restaurant/bar, where we enjoyed dinners to avoid hillside road at night. The indoor garage also is convenient. Highly recommended!
The location was amazing :) and the staff were very helpful espically Gianvito and Ilona :) :)
There was heavy snow on the night of our arrival. Since we were running late, the lady at reception kindly gave us a call to check if we were okay—a gesture we truly appreciated!
The room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette.
I noticed some negative comments about certain rooms having only sofa beds. Our room was one of those and we actually liked it! It provided extra seating space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view.
The residence is beautifully clean and well maintained. We arrived late (21.00) and were able have a very good dinner immediately in the restaurant. Giulia and the other staff members were very kind and helpful.
Room nice clean and comfortable. Staff very helpfull. Would definetly stay again !!
