Independent apt but with service as hotel
Everybody super friendly
Great parking and right next door is a huge supermarket
5 min drive from Rovigo old town ( must have a car)
In Rovigo old town may park at Multipiano parking.
Great place to be based for a couple of days to visit the south of Veneto
Spacious room, in fact a kitchenette, which is a rare find in Italy. Free and widely available parking. Proximity to the highway and to the town center. Excellent continental breakfast. Free wifi, of course. Courteous and helpful staff.
The breakfast is amazing ! The staff is so nice and sweet .

The checkout time is 11am ( as of July 22, 2023) which is much better than 10am because the breakfast ends at 10am and it give you time to pack up with no rush.
I like this place , the staff of that hotel are so amazing , they speak fluent English , parking spaces is too big , hotel room and size are also big , it’s easy for you if you take this room outside the city and early morning travel to Venice ,

Apartment was very spacious and clean, it was cleaned again every morning. Continental breakfast offered varied options.
