I love this place. We came for the second time this year, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, and the pool is amazing and clean, with a wonderful view of the hills and the village of Spello. The garden is colorful and well-maintained, and having breakfast on the porch of your apartment will give you all the energy you need to explore the neighborhood.

Great location and facilities on site. You definitely need a car as it is outside the town. The gentleman who owns this facility could not have been kinder. We arrived late, as we got lost, he waited for us and then rang restaurants and made a reservation for us. Not only that, he then drove in front of us on his motorbike to show us the way! He was about most of the time, but was not interfering, always a friendly smile and a desire to be helpful.

Geen ontbijt maar vlak bij was supermarkt. Eigen parkeer terrein. Huisje was comfortabel ingericht alles was aanwezig. Op slaapkamer airco. en in de keuken ook koelkast. Een gezamenlijke ruimte met een wasmachine en droger. Zwembad was ook goed onderhouden.
