The room was very clean. The staff was nice snd super helpful. We needed a cab at 4:30 am and the employee called several numbers to get us one. Oh, and there is a gelateria on the first floor!
We were there for one night before a very early flight the next morning. When the staff found out we had to leave well before breakfast would be served they put a to go breakfast together for us immediately to take with us to the airport in the morning. The were also willing to help us locate transportation, so if you are visiting rather than arranging a shuttle or car through Connect or some other service, you may want to ask them. It will save you a lot of money. There was also an ice cream "social" going on in the courtyard below us, which was fun, and yet the room was very quiet even with all the people in the courtyard.
Delicious assorted breakfast of croissant, panini, also, I always thought of French Cuisine as the best but now Italian Cuisine is tied for first place!

The breakfast was excellent. Everyone who worked here was amazingly helpful. Everything clean and tidy.
