Excellent place and location just right at the vatican city. We visited all the attractions just by walking. Including trevi, pantheon, castle, piazza novana.
there are very good restaurants and bars nearby.
Rooms are excellent. Host is very helpful as well as cleaning guy who solves almost everything you need.
You can either street park neirby 10-12 euros or guarded private parking 25 euros per day.

This residence was perfect for our trip to Rome. For some reason I thought it was a hotel but when we got there we realized it was a room within a residential building. It turned out great. We had our own bathroom. The bed was more comfortable than most European beds. It was during the heat wave and the owner helped us get the AC set to the correct settings the next day. In the mean time we were able to grab a fan from the front desk area which worked great.
The location was very close to the Vatican so our early trip there was easy. We also had an early trip from the Piazza Polopo which was a 20 minute walk. I choose this for the location for our early tours.
The place is immaculately clean, comfortable, just 5 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and train station. The location is safe, the building is quiet and has an elevator. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner was remarkably kind.
