We travelled Italy for two weeks staying in several different locations. This hotel, by far, was the most superior. Real luxury with a family feel. The interior is pleasantly decorated. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely addition. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. They had separate beds in the living room which was a bonus. The bathroom was well-appointed with all luxury amenities. This hotel is at a higher price-point however, totally worth the extra spend.
Valentina, the receptionist couldn't do enough for us! She arranged our transfer to and from the Venice airport and was so helpful throughout our stay. We were surprised by the taxi cost but after much review, it was a fair price (150 euros each way). I recommend booking the water taxi through the hotel as they meet you right at the port drop off (otherwise a tad difficult to navigate independently).
