Superb location, 3 minutes walk from Ferry Stop (Alalaguna Blue from Airport to Arsenale 1h11minutes, every half an hour) 15 minutes walk from St. Mark Place. Supermarket Coop on Via Garibaldi just few minutes walk. Kitchen well equipped (we cooked meals). We had lunch (every day) at Pizzeria Trattoria Alla Fonte Calle Crosera 3820 (close to Arsenale Building, 5 minutes walk) and had exquisite pizza margarita @ 7,50 Euro and Parma/Salami Pizza @ 11 Euro. Apartment clean, quite, perfect location, the owner - absolute treasure. It is worth walking east toward St. Elene Island and pass beautiful parks next to the water. You can take a run there, it is exceptional. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN, WHEN VISITING VENICE NEXT TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT! EVERYTHING IS JUST PERFECT!
Location was great, Host personally came hand over the keys. house was good for a 2 to 3 people.

very well situated, just next to Arsenale. small but cosy, everything what is needed is inside. great location for Biennale visitors. close to vapretto station.
I liked the location. The place is also cosy. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is in an excellent state.
