Personal contact upon arrival and helpful info about parking!
Great location to explore Verona!
The property is big and comfortable. Great location - 10 minutes away from mostly of the sightseeings. Everything was clean and thought about it. The coffee machine with complimentary capsules was a nice touch. The hostess was very attentive and took into account my request about the accommodations.
Excellent location, very close to the main tourist attractions. Traditional Italian building with good air conditioning. Parking was easy, and close, even with a large car with a roofbox.
I thought I had just booked something similar to an Airbnb apartment where you never meet anyone and never know if you'll get towels and toilet paper or if there's a single fork in the kitchen. BUT I was pleasantly surprised that I was checked in by Eleonora, who was wonderful and very helpful and professional. The apartment was clean, bed was big and comfortable and we had everything in the kitchen we needed including a few complementary coffee pods and tea. We also got three towels in a few sizes each and tiny soaps. Eleonora also made sure we knew where to find extra amenities in case we ran out, we had WiFi and knew how to reach them in case we had any trouble.
Best thing was that the aircon worked as promised since it was +35 °C in Verona during our visit.
I'm recommending these apartments to my family when they go to Verona 😊💛
