The host Francesco and Leonardo and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They gave me information on where to shop and on great restaurants. The facility is very clean comfortable and the location is excellent easy walk to museums, historical sites, plazas, train stations, stores and restaurants. I would stay here again! I Highly recommend if you’re in Florence.

Perfect location to the greatest city, treated graciously by our host Francesco with local information, car service and all kinds of snacks. Lots of good restaurants around. Santo Stefano church downstairs hosts classic concerts in the evenings. The Three Tenors concert in this medieval church adds more Florentine flavor. Loved our stay and would like to come back.
The host was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was equipped with every little detail a traveler would need, they even offered a book selection for reading!
It was all wonderful. Book this place! The food/drink refills each day are great.
