Great location 500m to the beach and 750 to the station 5 min walk to the COOP Supermarket at the top of the street. Nice spacious seating area outside
It has a great location. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, including two bathrooms, that is very important. The distance to the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot in a straight line. We booked an apartment with a patio, so we had the opportunity to do grill parties. Bellaria is a small town with a cozy center. There is a good opportunity to do shopping. There are very good restaurants, even with a mention in the Michelin guide. And of course, the owner Marco who is a very attentive and friendly person. Without him, our vacation wouldn’t be so unforgettable! Thank you, Marco!
Enough room, comfortable beds, easy getting to beach on bicycles, friendly and wonderful host answering any questions and helping with many things, clean rooms, safety and safe access to hotel via coding gates, elevator and car parking in cool garage, quiet place and very pleasant surrounding. Self sufficient staying. We got a present when leaving as well. Thanks for such warm approach, help with paddleboard parking and care.
Everything was perfect. Location, Underground parking, market was like 170 m away, close to beach. Everything about this apartment was great. Quiet place, great guy Marco ;) .... We will return back next year!
The host of the property (Marco) was superhelpful and tried to accomodate all our wishes. He was cntinuously available round a clock (lives in the same building)
