Everything! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and cleaned daily, in-room breakfast was just as much needed. Location is excellent, on a cosy street, close to the centre of the city. Self check-in at any hour of the day. Highly secure building, with access code at every door :) Inside parking available which made our life so much easy! (parking is a huge challenge in Bergamo)
Large room, big fluffy towels, many breakfast choices.
Staff were accommodating, room was spacious. Beds were great. A lot of restaurants in the area. We had a car, but walked a lot in the area. Parking was on site, but for a fee.
The property was in a fantastic location at a point very accessible to both the upper and lower city of Bergamo. The studio apartment-type residence was modern and clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally, friendly and accommodating, and the lovely Carolina at the reception was extremely helpful! Thank you for a great stay!
