The property is beautiful. It is perfectly clean and has almost all the equipment if you need for a mid-term stay, you can "live" there for even 1-2 weeks. It is at a 20-minute walk from the city center, but the bus station is just around the corner. While we were staying there, there were roadworks under the windows but we didn't hear a sound because the windows are so well soundproofed. Our host, Alessandro is a very kind person. He provided us what we asked for.

Alessandro is so so kind and sweet, and everything here is very clean and complete, the apartment is the best I'v ever stayed in:) If I have next time in Florence, I will choose this apartment again!
Very complete studio apartment, everything was furnished and very impressive! There were plenty of amenities for us to use (especially when we needed to do our laundry mid way during our trip). Cooking facilities were good, bedroom was very comfortable and the apartment was very tastefully designed.
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, only about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. Very easy to access. Apartment was equipped with washing machine, and also steamer which was very helpful. Kitchen was beautiful and everything was new and very clean.
Bathroom was clean as well. The bed is very comfortable and the staff was helpful with early check in where they kept our luggage safe with no problem. Will be definitely booking again when next staying in Florence.
