Great location to grab the tram and head into Milan. Great apartment - we were with 6 people and one bathroom (which was our choice) but that makes it a bit more difficult.
Owner very nice and accommodating in giving instructions.
So, I’ve been to more than 30 countries, and so far this host is the best. Very helpful, very understanding, very polite. The apartment is great, clean, has everything you might possibly need. It smells great as well, all new furniture and the terrace is a perfect place for morning coffee (there is a coffee machine in the apartment) Totally worth its price. Very convenient public transportation just in 2 minutes walk. And the restaurant nearby suie suie (hope I’m spelling it right) is just great. Super clean and super delicious. Make sure to hit their business lunches, only for 11 euros you can get 3 courses of meal and, I can’t stress it more, super delicious.

The hosts were very friendly and attentive. They were easy to communicate with for check in and check out. They also gave useful information about transportation and the city. The apartment was clean and in a quiet area.
“The place was incredibly clean — it felt just like a brand-new home, and it truly made me feel at home. The location is also very convenient, not far from the center of Milan. Tram No. 4 stops nearby and arrives every few minutes, taking you directly to the city center.
Most importantly, the area is very safe. No one can enter the main gate without a key, which made me feel secure. For parking, you need to go to the other side, about 700 meters to 1 km away, but it’s also in a safe area.
The host was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. He made sure I had all the information I needed and guided me through everything with care and clarity.”
