Very close to everything and host is very kind, they were able to help with booking some restaurants in the area. Apartment is very good for value.
The location is pretty good. It's a bit up the hill, but it's no big deal, everything's still very close. It's also in a quiet street, so no bar noise or anything like that. The place was clean.
In the old town of Cefalù and about 10min walking from the beach. Host very nice and helpful. Small apartment with everything included. Parking at a public location (train station) about 15min walking.
