The daily towel changes and the prompt answering to questions. Also the air conditioning which we could use as a heater.
Everything was fine, we left the car at the entrance and went to the center by bus, and back on foot, not scary but manageable, not scary. The room had clean sheets, a shower, the walls needed to be wiped from weird traces. We were fine.
Great accommodation. Flexible check-in, helpful staff. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.
