We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the room was very comfortable and clean. They have private parking, so it’s ideal as you don’t have to park in public parking, which means you have to walk quite a bit. The receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating, even finding us a room before check-in time. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to excellent restaurants was a huge plus. We were just a few steps away from some great dining options. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we'd recommend this hotel.
Great staff. Very accommodating. Easy parking but do not trust Google maps to get you into the ZTL. You really do drive through that little arch on the South end...once the hotel has the plate number and has called in the ZTL pass.
Location was fantastic- inside the walled fortress. Tastefully decorated.

Wonderful staff and a beautiful property. The location is one of a kind and a perfect place to relax after a day of traveling through Tuscany. Special shout out to Erik, the concierge who was always helpful.
If you really want to experience the historical Monteriggioni, this hotel should be the one. It is located inside the wall of the castle which has only 570 meter wide in the main square. When you drive into the gate of the castle, the sunset shining on you makes you feel the magic moment. One of the most important reasons is that the size is relatively smaller compared to other old castles and towns. You really feel the peace and beauty. This is very unique experience compared to staying at a five-star castle hotel:)
