The breakfast solution is amazing. Also overall the place is great and very well located. I was not aware it was a shared bathroom but in general was ok. The check-in process was very well designed and communicated.
The communication with the owner was excellent from the start.
The property was extremely clean, and everything was available for a comfortable stay.
Air conditioning in every room.
The breakfast at Bar Alice was great, and they had a great selection.
Bus stop to the station was outside and there was a fabulous restaurant 50m away. It was called Pizzikoto.

Federico is very communicative and it was easy to check in - the room is clean and the kitchen has everything you need.
You can have breakfast at a bar close by (I didn't have time).
