It's a modern room in a 1770 villa in the city of Bagheria. The old villa needs some work, but the room is nicely furnished and quite comfortable. Free parking right outside once you can figure out the big gate. Walkable from the train station and eating establishments. Phillipe is a very good on-site host.
Everyone made us feel so welcome. They were extremely accommodating!
Our room was immaculate and the most comfortable bed we had on our entire 10 days in Sicily!
We stayed for 1 night and we enjoyed it! We were impressed by the villa, such buildings are no longer constructed and it was surely a memorable experience. There are some renovation works in progress in the inner courtyard and some others in need to be done in order to fully appreciate the villa’s grandeur, but it is still visible. The room it self was fully renovated, spacious, bright, with a lot of charming details, quiet at night and very comfortable. The owner was kind and gave us useful information about restaurants in Bagheria and let us park our rental cal inside the villa. Overall, we recommend this accommodation, it was a travel experience, our first intention was to visit Bagheria to see the villas she is famous for, and we ended up staying in one of those!
Stanza bellissima, molto caratteristica e arredata con gusto. Cortile silenzioso, un salto indietro nella Bagheria di un tempo. Proprietaria gentilissima, con ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e andare in spiaggia.
Ci e’ piaciuto molto avere l’opportunita’ di soggiornare in un’antica villa nobiliare in un’area ristrutturata con gusto. Camera molto ampia e comoda. Posizione ottima per chi arriva in treno perche’ la stazione e’ molto vicina. Host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito vari consigli su dove andare a cena alla sera e a colazione. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente all’interno nel cortile della villa.
