Excellent staff and customer service. Very comfortable beds and linens. Excellent housekeeping.
Small 5 star hotel with kitchy decor located within walking distance of Cortina D/Ampezzo. Staff are available and courteous, breakfast selections are diverse, spa is lovely and even has an outdoor Finnish sauna.
Seamlessly run hotel with phenomenal staff and facilities. Spa massage was luscious. Menu and good quality for both bfast and dinners were quite good.
This is a beautiful hotel with impeccable service worthy of a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Giovanni, the Concierge, service was invaluable. He arranged for a private guide to take us to Tre Cime and made many wonderful recommendations on hikes and restaurants in town.
Dispute the fact that we had a car, we took the complementary shuttle into town. They were always very prompt to pick us up.
All the little extras, like turn down service, were appreciated.
We highly recommend this hotel.
Incredible staff, great view. The food was incredible. We stayed for our honeymoon and were immediately welcomed by warm staff, and a personal note with a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. The view from our room was perfect, the spa was amazing, the staff recognized us every time we interacted and made us feel special the entire visit. We had an incredible stay - I wish we could have stayed longer! We will certainly be back here in the future.
