было отопление, кухня, стиралка все в рабочем состоянии, по приезду ждали тапочки и вода
This guest house is only a few minutes walking from Precotto metro station and it's easy to get here from Milano Centrale. It's an apartment in the basement with 3 rooms and a shared bathroom which was never busy. Self check-in is also nice, you will get all the instructions from the owner on WhatsApp. I liked the cleanliness in the apartment. My room was spacious, I got 2 sets of towels and some shower gel and shampoo.
The location was good, clean room, price-performance location

Nice accomodation, close to the metro station-so I can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes, food supermarkets are near (Lidl, etc). Accomodaion includes all what tourist need, kitchen, bathroom, everything new and clean.
