The most beautiful view in the world! Perfect location, clean rooms, nice and helpful host, private parking space, nice and clean spa, sauna, jacuzzi, additionally available hair dryer, iron, oven, barbecue grill and many other things. We had a great time, I would definitely go back and would recommend this place without hesitation!
Schöne, gepflegte Wohneinheit mit sauberer, gut ausgestatteter Küche, großer Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und vorgelagerter Insel. Höher gelegen und weit genug von der Straße. Gutes WLAN, großer TV, schöner u. gepflegter Außenpool mit Liegewiese, Indoor Pool und Jacuzzi Whirlpool mit Sauna. 4 Schlafzimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen, die keine ungewollte Geräuschkulisse (z.B. Schnarchen) bieten. Gepflegte Betten mit guten Matratzen und sauberer Wäsche. 3 Bäder u. Waschmaschine. Abgesperrte Garagen im Anwesen. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Der Vermieter lässt sie nach Übergabe und Einweisung in Ruhe, reagiert aber auf Nachfragen sofort und hilfsbereit. Dazu werden sie mit einer Reihe von guten Tipps ( Restaurants, Ausflugsziele, Aktivitäten, Einkäufe) ausgestattet mit dazugehörigen Adressen oder Links zu Websites.

Наличие спа и внешнего бассейна очень облегчало жизнь в жару.
Расположение апартаментов прекрасное, в самом красивом месте Комо.
Рядом остановка водного такси, откуда можно поехать в любые красивые места Комо.
Апартаменты укомплектованы всей техникой. Правда, часть этой техники не работает (кофемашина, напольный кондиционер).
Есть место для машины в крытом гараже.
