Personnel accueillant, à l'écoute.
L'emplacement est bien situé, à proximité des restaurants, commerces, plages. Les résidents sont hyper chaleureux, une bonne ambiance familiale. logement au calme, il manque seulement un micro-ondes et cafetière, sinon bien équipé.
