Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer ruhigen Siedlung etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, sie sehr groß und geräumig. Sie besteht aus Zwei Schlafzimmer, einem Esszimmer aus Küche und Bad sowie einer sehr großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit älteren gediegenen Holzmöbeln eingerichtet, es sind ausrechend Schränke und Sideboards mit Schubladen vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Terrasse konnte jedoch abends nicht benutz werden, da kleine lästige Mücken dies verhindert haben. Zum Strand und in die City sind wir mit den Fahrrädern gefahren, der Fußweg war uns dann doch zu lang. Zum Strand haben wir den nächstgelegenen Weg genommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe erfolgte in einem Büro in der City. Die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert, in wenigen Minuten war alles erledigt.
