Great quiet location. Nicola was very nice and gave special instructions for using the door lock and even sent a few restaurant suggestions.
The host was waiting for us to hand over the keys, shared great places to eat and the apartment was cool with cold drinks upon arrival. The apartment was spotless and great scent.
The place was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this place.
Location was quiet and close to all major sights. It was easy to find our way around and very short walk to train station. Apartment is as it appears in the photos on Booking.com. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Venice. Nicola was very friendly, honest and kind and was there to greet us at check in. He was very responsive to any messages we sent and even let us check in a bit early. Beds were comfortable and it was wonderful having a washing machine to do some laundry. There is no dryer but a rack to dry clothes and it worked just fine. The hair dryer was greatly appreciated. There is no dishwasher but it didn’t matter to us as we just washed up and dried our few dishes by hand.
The apartment was perfect. It was quiet and centrally located. We were only 8 mins away from the train station.
