Very nice apartment next to the train station. Nice balcony with table also. New appliances and modern design. Communication with the host was smooth and in advance. The locking/unlocking system through the app worked perfect. Old city is 25 minutes walk. Great value for money if you stay for a few days.
It is perfect. Every amenity is there, high quality, clean, easy to use, the terrace is fantastic, 2 minutes from Centrale, Andrea is fantastic. Next time in in Bologna I’ll be here!
The apartment is extremely close to the train station, it’s clean and functional. The owner is always available to help in any situation, either to fix a little problem with the heater or to provide a few more coffee capsule. Andrea is superkind and efficient!

Wonderful location, very clean, A/C was nice and cold, secure property, would stay again 10/10
