Really close to Duomo and a lovely little jacuzzi bath! Communication was difficult, but they did everything that was asked (asked for the sofa bed to be made up and this was done) it’s on a road with a tram on. You can hear them, but we were exhausted from exploring all day it didn’t bother us. (We had a 2 year old with us).
