Beautiful apartment in a quiet area of the city, fifteen minutes' walk from the center, clean and equipped with absolutely everything you need. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, living room with kitchen and two terraces with a table and armchairs where you can serve coffee! Shopping center five minutes away, the beach accessible about three km by car. Sufficient parking spaces in front of the building, which was ideal for us traveling by car. Good base for visiting the region Self check accommodation with key collection from a code box. Excellent communication with the owner We spent four wonderful days on our Sardinia tour in Alghero at Sa Conza House!

The appartment is spacious, with a big terrace. It is fully equipped - you have literally everything you can think of!
The place is beautiful! We spent a week and felt like home. The location is very calm, ca 20 mins walk from the centre. Parking in front of the house. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and we had no issues during our stay.
Spotlessly clean throughout, everything that we possibly needed was available, attentive host, easy access to public transport and town, if though a little further than we normally do, but still no issue.
Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, friendly neighbours, with lovely car, who wanted to move in!!
