Ottima la posizione, lo stile degli arredi, l'attenzione ai dettagli, un tavolo o un quadro o un frigo anni '50 che diventa mobile per contenere le stoviglie. L'accortezza di trovare in cucina sale, zucchero, e spezie in genere che costituiscono una delicatezza e una sensibilità che non hanno tutti i proprietari.

L' appartamento è ben tenuto. La zona è un po' degradata, ma tutta la città denota un certo livello di degrado, quindi metterei una chiusura in più dall'interno della porta. Da più sicurezza. La gestione è tuttavia eccellente e le indicazioni date sono di grandissimo aiuto.
