The place is very close to central station within the walking distance. The host, Vincenzio, was super friendly. He helped us with all sorts of information. The house was clean with nominal kitchen facility.
For short stay good and well equipped. Hospitable owner.
I stayed for 3 weeks and come to Naples often. It's definitely one of my favorite spots I've stayed at.
Location: central, close to Central Station, close historical center, not far from Toledo. Next to a big outdoor market. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area.
Price: well priced. 100% worth the money.
Clean: very clean and well maintained.
Communication: Any we needed, the hist responded promonptly and helped us with all our needs. Very personable and hispitable.
Other: loved the private enclosed entrance and washing machine. Spacious bedroom too.
The best thing is that the apartment delivery person provides all the touristic information of the city and calls every day to help if you need it :)

Enjoying the argue of the neighbours like in a all time classic black and white Italian movie.
Market is outside and you can get tomatos with 1 euro per kilo, 0.5 euro is the basil and 2 euro are the pasta . You have a dinner for 4 people.
