Location, kindness of host, size and decoration of apartment
Mariana was an amazing host. Very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is perfect for family. It’s very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend you will feel like you are at a home away from home.
Leonardo.was a great host, and his apartment is so beautiful. While the location is a bit farther from Venice than we had anticipated (30-minute bus or tram ride), we didn,t mind. Fun to travel through the Venice suburbs and see the non- tourist parts of the area. Really enjoyed our stay at San Felice.
EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL 🤍🤩 Since the arrival, Leonardo and Mariana were so helpful and
warm that we felt immediately at home. The place is so full of details that it truly makes the difference. It is also spotless and bright clean; and the decoration has a great taste.
About the location, it is well communicated to Venice and the transportation was very easy to use.
I would definitely get back again!

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Very comfortable and provided with everything one might need. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, they sent messages before we got here on how to buy tickets and use public transport, where the stores are, attractions and restaurants in the city. Mariana met us at the apartment when we got here and shortly explained everything around the place. It was a really comfortable stay with no issues.
