Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment near restaurants and 15 minute walk from train station and city center. Extremely helpful and friendly hosts, going above and beyond.

We had a great stay at San Frediano!! It’s in a fantastic area and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Even a short walk from the train station. Our host was very attentive to us. We enjoyed it so much we stayed and extra day. Perfect for a family. Especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommend

Nice, comfortable apartment in a great location outside the touristy area. Close to bars, restaurants and a few bus stops. Bathrooms were nicer and newer than what we expected from the pictures.

The location is perfect, 15 minute walk from the train station, many good restaurants nearby, and less than a 30 minute walk over the bridge to visit all the popular stores, plazas, and muesuems. The apartment had plenty of room for the 4 of us, so clean and cozy with lots of room to walk around. Our host couldn’t have made things easier for our stay, Luciano contacted me before coming, already provided us with the wifi and supplemental directions, and were ready for us as soon as we arrived.
