The facility is huge ! Can accommodate lots of people, it doesn’t feel crowded, opted to stay mostly in covered areas due to skin issue and they have that and several lounge area with complimentary tea and water and fruit bowl is a nice welcoming treat. So relaxing !
The staff were so pleasant went above and beyond, especially Federica, spa manager when we had significant booking issue with booking.com that they couldn’t resolve ( spent so much energy and time that’s a different review for a horrible experience with booking.com) the front desks are so welcoming got us in an hour early. Complimentary Bfast ok ! Love my dinner though, I had fish. Unfortunately I live in another continent otherwise I will be there with friends monthly.
My entire family received massage - can be improved even after a mentioned and signaled for deep tissue. But my teenage kids loved the facial.
Amazing! The property is lovely and the mineral water and spa area was relaxing and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I have already recommended this property to people I met in my travels in Italy.
