The house was perfect - clean, comfortable, everything was new. Water and snacks were available. The apartment was quiet and conducive to rest and relaxation. It's also in a great location and easy to get to anywhere in Naples. Also the apartment manager was extremely kind, accessible and helpful in terms of the apartment, getting around Naples, information on the neighborhood and overall general tips on Naples. I highly recommend a stay at San Giovanello House.
The host was wonderful! We checked in pretty late and we're starving and they went and got us pizza.
Communication was great!
We got to walk across the street to a bakery for breakfast which was provided and it was very good.
We spent four nights at the apartment San Giovanniello and were very pleased with our stay. Everything was according to the previous description and photos. The owner was very kind as he agreed to meet us for the check-in earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We truly enjoyed our stay and kindly recommend the apartment San Giovanniello when visiting Naples.
The hospitality, the apartment and location. You have everything you need. Perfect also for families with kids!
The property was very clean and quiet neighbours, the owners was very friendly and helpful, they offered to help me with everything they could to make me and my family feel comfortable. I don’t have words to describe how happy I am because I chose to stay at their house instead of the hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed because was a little hard for me but other than that I felt very good and comfortable. If I ever go back to Napoli I would definitely stay there again.
