Apartment was first floor, convenient, parking in the street outside the door, close to center of Ferrara. Host very accommodating and helpful.

--Once inside, the person was very kind. He helped me with my suitcase go up one flight of stairs. --The apartment was attractive and almost everything (see below) was very clean and in good working order. --I loved that the kitchen had a microwave--so very helpful. --The espresso maker and the electric tea kettle were very nice amenities too. --The location was very good--close to shops; restaurants and the central ancient sites and museums --On the last day of my trip, the manager allowed me to keep my bags at the office after checkout so I could spend more time in the town. --The manager called a taxi for me and this was so helpful.

We had a car so we wanted a location close to city center and not in ztl, so it was perfect. Around 5-10 min walk to the cathedral or castle. Good communication with the host. He provided a 5€ euro per day permit to park in the street The appartement is perfect and quiet.
