Location was perfect! In the heart of Venice yet quiet at night
Everything! The flat was amazing and in an amazing location. Perfect for families or friends giving you enough space to breathe from one another.
The views out of the windows are unparalleled...I could hardly go to bed!! Every room had shutters/windows opening out over the canals, sitting at the kitchen bench and looking over the little laneways at breakfast with the window open was a highlight. Just incredible. Absolutely superb location. Could've stayed in this property for a month!! And a very rare find having an elevator in the heart of Venice. Superb.

The apartment is in a bustling, high traffic area right between Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. It is very clean and well appointed with big, comfortable beds. The Trattoria directly opposite has good old-fashioned Italian Family fare and there was always a queue to get in.
Abutting a canal with water on two sides, expect a lot of boat noise, however the windows are triple glazed and easily block out any noise if kept closed. It’s very romantic hanging out the window and waving to gondoliers and guests as they glide past! It’s everything you hoped to enjoy about Venice and more.
