Location. Clean. Comfortable. Close to restaurants. Close to attractions.
Great location and clean rooms. Great services from Sabrina and Chiara. They helped me with transportation to the airport. Check in and check out were easy. I got the code for the box to retrieve and return the keys.
The apartment was centrally located for our needs. All rooms were great in size and comfortably housed the seven of us.
location: conveniently located 5min to the main attractions in Venice. short walk to the ferry, gondolas and water taxi.

he place looks very nice, clean, spacious and have most of the things that you need in a room plus some extra which is very nice.
The location is perfect, close to everything you would want to see and experience. There were an abundance of restaurant options within a short walking distance. The rooms were good size and beds were all comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and big.
