Francesca was great. She met us to help park the car on site in the courtyard of the building. It is centrally located and easy walk into the city center and the surrounding area. She also helped register the ZTL for us and made reservations for us.

The location was perfect, the flat is in a really nice area of the city and close to different attractions. The host is very polite and made the stay super comfortable. The flat is spacious, clean, and it has everything you need.

Wonderful studio apartment in a great part of town. I was in Bologna for the Book Fair, and the Sam Felice studio was a bus or cab journey away, or even a 50 minute walk. The host could not have been more helpful, arranging a restaurant booking on my behalf and an early morning taxi when I needed to catch a flight home. I can't recommend it enough. Ciao!
