Hotel got involved in problems with our journey back from Italy to UK which were entirely the fault of other parties.
They were wonderfully kind and helpful and generous.
We had stayed there before and were very sad to miss another opportunity to stay in their lovely hotel
all was great except the first night we were in the tiniest room imaginable and had to pay the same price for it that we did for the big room we got later.
Beautiful hotel. We had an amazing room, with a jacuzzi tub. Great views. Helpful and considerate staff.
