L’espace était accueillant et grand et bien éclairé. L’accès a une terrasse était très apprécié pour la vue à la plage. L’ascenseur est utile et des stores aux fenêtres nous permettent un repos prolongé. La proximité à la plage, à la piste cyclable et à la rue commerçante est très pratique. Le fait qu’il soit placé dans un cul-de-sac contribue à le garder paisible. Tous les ustensiles nécessaires à la cuisine et un lave-vaisselle est aussi fourni.
Très bon emplacement au centre-ville et à environ 500 mètres du festival et de la zone piétonnes avec vue sur le port et sur la mer.
