This spot turned out to be a nice centrally located room in a busy town. Easy walk to the water and to the markets. The room was super easy to get to - we were sent a video and used a key pad - we were independent coming and going but I know I could reach out. The suggestions for places to eat and things to see where so very helpful. Great apartment. It always felt good to come home and relax.
Ease , communication, location, cleanliness. As soon as we booked Andrea whatsapp’d us with all the pertinent information we needed for our stay. She also had amazing suggestions on places to eat and see. We ended up extending one night and luckily a different room was available. We left our stuff in our room and they moved it to the new room. Will we were out exploring
Great location for visiting Palermo! All the main tourist locations are within walking distance. The building, room and shared kitchen area are all remodeled and modern-looking after you step into the cool door from the ancient streets of Palermo. The room was very clean and comfortable with new (soundproof) windows and furnishings. We arrived early in the morning and the owner allowed us to drop our luggage in the shared kitchen area (with security camera) while we began our tour of the city. A comfortable, inexpensive coach bus to and from the airport drops off and picks up nearby. The location is just far enough (only a short walk) from the city center, so the noise is not too loud. The owner recommended some fantastic local restaurants!
Wonderful place in a fabulous neighborhood. We felt like friends visiting, not as tourists. The room was modern, spotless clean and thoughtfully and beautifully designed. I loved the juxtaposition of an old building and modern, beautifully designed interiors. Andrea is a wonderful host, responsive, thoughtful, welcoming. He truly cared that we would have the best time. All his recommendations for dining etc were fantastic. He even made a last minute reservation for us at the wonderful restaurant right in front of our building (which was fantastic food, atmosphere and experience). I am so grateful and happy I found this place and I was sad to leave. It was not just "a room" it was an entire experience. Grazie Mille Andrea and to his team.
This is a great place to stay, especially if you are looking for several rooms. Nice change from hotels. Excellent location. Although it can quite noisy outside, the double doors keep the room quiet. The rooms and bathroom were a good size. It was nice to have the loft for the extra bed in the room, giving a bit more privacy. Would highly recommend staying here.
