Cleanliness, AC, comfy bed, kitchen was well appointed.
The locations is great: green part of the city on a walking distance to the touristic centrum. Easy to park the car on a side street, a day ticket is only 6 euro. The presence of washing machine in the bathroom was blessing for us after several days of traveling. Kitchen well equipped, food shop in the close neighborhood. The entire contact with the owner went via Whatsapp but the person was very responsive and helpful so indeed no need to see anybody in presence.

era dotato di tutti i confort dalla climatizzazione alle stoviglie, prodotti per la cucina sale olio zucchero ecc, macchinetta del caffe anche se le capsule non erano di nostro gusto, lavatrice e persino un dispositivo anti zanzare e wifi.
Nous avons voyagé pour le travail et cet appartement a été super. Notre hôte a été très réactif en cas de question, arrivée très facile et autonome grâce à la boite à clé. L'appartement est bien agencé, propre et dans un environnement calme. Il y a des restaurants proches même si nous ne sommes pas en plein centre. On a réussi à trouver une place de parking assez facilement aux alentours et gratuite la nuit. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Nous vous remercions.
Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war sauber, wohnlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an den Linienbusverkehr. Ein- und Auschecken war ganz unproblematisch. Für uns die erste Option, wenn wir mal wieder Bologna besuchen. Wir sagen danke!
L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Era pulito, confortevole e arredato in modo funzionale. La posizione ha ottimi collegamenti con i servizi di autobus pubblici. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati assolutamente senza problemi. Per noi la prima opzione quando visiteremo nuovamente Bologna. Diciamo grazie!
