Location, close to the train station and bus stop to Venice, also close to restaurants. The size of the room. And the beds were comfortable and clean, there is hot water anytime,also very quiet place, when we were there, in the apartment.

The room was clean and the location ideal. Nice bolig room and comfortable.

The location is great, the property manager was friendly and gave us lots of helpful advice (although I didn't realize you needed to warn them in advance of your arrival, so we had to wait for him to arrive - it's no problem, just a heads up to future travelers!). The room is big and had enough space for three people even though there were just two of us. Well heated, which was great with the cold weather we had. The apartment was also super close to a local bar, the grocery store, a breakfast place, the train station, and the bus station for going into Venice.
