Posizione ottima. Perfettamente centrale. Comoda e collegata molto bene alle spiagge e ai servizi.
Casa molto spaziosa.
Posizione eccezionale, centralissimo e con un balcone sulla piazza spettacolare. Essendo in zona pedonale ovviamente il vociio della strada si sente ma chiudendo le finestre diventa silenzioso. Ad eccezione del netturbino che si trascina il bidone alle 6 del mattino.
